Overview
Therapiezentrum Elbflorenz already had an excellent reputation, but the website did not communicate the practice's professionalism, skills, or full range of offers. The redesign turned it into a modern, informative entry point for patients, applicants, and anyone looking for physiotherapy, ergotherapy, courses, or personal training in Dresden.
The Challenge
The old page was outdated, weak on SEO, and caused support and contact issues. Patients could only book by phone or through an outdated contact form, while important details about offers, directions, the team, and the practice itself were either hard to find or missing. The business had strong expertise, but the website did not make that expertise easy to understand or easy to act on.
The Solution
I rebuilt the website from the ground up with a custom integration into their medical appointment system. The new appointment form lets people check availability on demand, upload or choose their referral and needs, and select the best contact method. Beyond booking, the redesign covers the full offer portfolio, includes clear directions, an about page for the team and practice, a job page, AI chat, and multiple contact routes. I also wrote extensive copy so visitors can get answers before they need to call.
Results
The practice now has a site that does the explaining for them. Visitors can understand the services, find the right next step, and request appointments online.
