Stellplatz Zingst
A website and custom self-serve QR-ticket payment system for a high-demand caravan park by the Baltic Sea.

Overview
Stellplatz Zingst is a high-demand caravan park in a prime location just footsteps from the Baltic Sea. Before the project, it had no real website and visitors had very limited information unless they asked staff directly.
The Challenge
Ticket sales relied on crude technology and personal attendance, which created high personnel costs and limited the times when visitors could buy access. Administration, control, and organization were harder than necessary, and the lack of clear online information left visitors with many basic questions about prices, availability, the site, and the surroundings.
The Solution
I built a beautiful digital home for the site with information about the grounds, surroundings, prices, and availability, plus a contact form, job page, and AI chat for quick answers. The biggest part was a fully customized self-serve payment system that issues on-demand QR codes as visitor tickets. The custom backend dashboard lets the team manage the site, tickets, and administration, and even allows visitors to order breakfast online.
Results
Visitors can buy tickets even when no staff is onsite, while the business benefits from increased revenue, better organization, tighter control, and smoother administration. The site now gives guests the information they need before they arrive and gives the team a system built around how the Stellplatz actually works.
